Not looking good chaps...  Rolling Eyes

Used this provider in the past for something else, so just took the dust sheets off and there we go.

Used this for a very short time in the past, so can't comment on the stability here either.
Not that I am suggesting a move at all... just a temporary hangout while the gaff is unavailable...
Last thing we want to do is move again, unless absolutely necessary

If stability doesn't improve though then a careful choosing of an alternative might be required!

As far as this place goes, I was never that enamoured by some of the nav and look/feel...
But it'll do as an Anderson shelter...

Hop myself and Kiwi where looking into moving last night. when we get back up look at the admin section. but we do need to have this discussion today

It's a shame, because I quite liked the look and feel of that place.

This one is pretty configurable to be honest, so could probably be bent into shape.
I just didn't have the time last time I used it, and frankly don't have the time to Admin something now either, with other commitments.

If someone else wants to admin on here, then it might work...

Anyway... will check out Admin area later, if it EVER comes back.

Actually works really well on my phone. Slimline mobile version with nothing but the text, click to view pics in a separate tab. Everything very functional. Rather like it.

OK THEN!

My head is spinning so early in the morning. Damn, it's afternoon already. Plenty free forum software out there ... that's if you want do some fancy stuff. However, web hosting will need to be done with someone, which obviously bears a cost.

My only concern is how many views we'll have. Per above, based on activity we'll easily hit 30,000 views/month. I'm also keen to add some other bits too - MySQL - yip, call me a geek. I'm just tired of using UltimateDB for this, then FUThead for that and some other site for something else.

Anyhoo ... happy to listen to any ideas people ... it is OUR forum after all.

Yep down for me too, good evening gents. This problem has came a bit out of the blue hasn't it. One minute everythings ticking along just fine then we start getting all these problems

Yeah Eric ... unfortunately suppose they just got on someone's radar to be hacked ...

Do you think thats what's causing the problems? that the sites been hacked
